Call <a href=\"tel:18014915516\">(801) 491-5516<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>We offer services for Adult First-Time Applicants and Minor Applicants only.<\/li>\n<li>If you have had a passport within the last 15 years and were at least 16 years of age or older at the time of issuance, you may renew by mail.\u00a0To learn more about renewing a passport, see <a href=\"https:\/\/travel.state.gov\/content\/passports\/en\/passports\/renew.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Passport Renewal Information<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Photos are available for $15.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What You&#8217;ll Need<\/h3>\n<p>Passport applications can be obtained and submitted through the Springville City Passport Acceptance Facility. The application is also available online at <a href=\"https:\/\/travel.state.gov\/content\/travel\/en\/passports\/how-apply\/forms.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">http:\/\/www.travel.state.gov<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In order to expedite the application process, we encourage you to download your passport application from the U.S. Department of State\u2019s website and fill it out prior to coming in to our office.
