    The Building Division Office Specialist\u2019s hours are 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. To request an inspection, use the online portal at any time, or call during these hours. Inspection requests left by voicemail outside of these hours may not be addressed until the next day.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Plan reviews are done on a first-come-first-serve basis. Only complete applications will be considered for review. Electronic plans are required to be non-secured to allow additional comments from City Staff.<\/p>\n
