DESCRIPTION:Light-Up Springville 2025 invites residents to celebrate the
  season by recognizing homes with the most outstanding holiday lighting 
 and decoration displays.\n\nThe Official Light Up Springville map will b
 e shared online on December 3rd. The public can vote from December 3rd -
  17th for their favorite decorations. \n\nVotes for the best holiday dis
 play can be submitted through an online form or QR code\, with each vote
 r allowed to select one (1) address. To prevent duplicate votes\, the fo
 rm will require an email address. \n\nVoting will be held December 3-17\
 n\n1st\, 2nd and 3rd place winners will be announced on December 18th. P
 rizes will be awarded as a credit toward the electric portion of their S
