DESCRIPTION:This event is to honor Navy SEAL officer\, Lt. Michael Murph
 y and all other veteran heroes that have died serving our country. Murph
 y\, age 29\, died while serving in Afghanistan on June 28th\, 2005 and w
 as the first member to receive the Medal of Honor for his service in the
  Middle East on May 24th\, 2015.\n\nLt. Michael Murphy was known as a Cr
 ossFit Enthusiast and had a favorite workout that he called "Body Armor"
  since he did it with a weighted vest. That workout would later become "
 The MURPH".\n\nThe CrossFit company decided to officially name the famou
 s workout "The MURPH" in Murphy's memory on August 18th\, 2005 and is kn
 own as a Hero WOD (workout of the day). Since then\, people are known to
  participate in the "MURPH" workout on Memorial Day to honor our veteran
  heroes.
