Our facility specializes in corporate and group tournaments of up to 128 players. If your group is larger we would love to discuss what we can do to host your event as well.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-5\">Setting up a golf event is simple, call the pro-shop at <a href=\"tel:18014896297\">(801) 489-6297<\/a> and speak with one of our golf professionals today. They will help you make the arrangements for a successful golf outing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-5\"><strong>Course rental and tournament events are NOT AVAILABLE ON HOLIDAYS<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Rates<\/h3>\n<p>Golf tournaments all have different expectations and needs. Because of these differences we offer several options to provide you the opportunity to hold a tournament that meets your needs.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Exclusive Course Usage:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>For groups who wish to hold an exclusive event at the golf course with no public or outside play on the course with their group.<\/p>\n<h4>Small Groups &#8211; Less than 110 players<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Rent the Course Fees:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1\/2 Day Course rental (6 AM to 1 PM<\/strong><strong>)<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday &#8211; Thursday $6,900.00<\/li>\n<li>Friday &#8211; Sunday $7,800.00<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Full-Day Course Rental (6 AM to 6 PM)<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday &#8211; Thursday $11,600.00<\/li>\n<li>Friday &#8211; Sunday $13,300.00<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong style=\"font-size: inherit\">Full-Day Course Event (6 AM to 6 PM) contact one of our golf professionals for pricing (801) 489-6297<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Non-Exclusive Groups<\/h3>\n<p>For groups that wish to hold a non-exclusive event at the golf course so play will be lead by public golf and or followed by public golf\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5>Non-Exclusive Event Fees:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday &#8211; Thursday &#8211; $54.00 per player<\/li>\n<li>Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays &#8211; $58.00 per player<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Shotgun starts are typically not available for Non-Exclusive Events<\/p>\n<h3>Golf Event Policies<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>All groups will require a contract as well as pre-payment for the event 7 days in advance.<\/li>\n<li>No shows and dropouts are a sad reality of golf tournaments, however, no refunds or rain checks will be given for players who no show.<\/li>\n<li>Additional players added to the field within the 7-day window will be charged the tournament rate plus a $10.00 per player convenience fee that will be due on the date of the event.<\/li>\n<li>Rainouts (when we deem that the course is unplayable) will be refunded or the event will be moved to a different day at no additional charge.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations by the event planners within the 7-day window will be subject to the following refund policy:\n<ul>\n<li>73-168 hours &#8211; 70% refund<\/li>\n<li>37-72 hours &#8211; 45% refund<\/li>\n<li>0-36 hours &#8211; No Refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>All groups are expected to use the Sand Trap Cafe for all the tournaments food and beverage\u00a0 &#8211;
