    Video Hearings<\/h1>\n
    Most hearings are currently being held remotely using the Webex platform. The link you will need to attend the hearing will be emailed to you. Small claims and bench trials are held in person.<\/p>\n

    All counsel\/parties\/witnesses will need to have a fully functioning webcam and microphone. It can be a laptop, tablet or cell phone. Parties\/witnesses may attend the video conference with counsel using the same device. Please make sure you have a stable wifi connection at the time of your hearing.<\/p>\n

    If evidence will be taken, please submit 2 paper copies of the exhibits at least 7 days prior to the hearing. The courthouse has public computers available if needed. If you have any questions, please contact the judicial assistants at (801) 489-2707<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Your case has been scheduled for a video arraignment. You are ordered to read, fill out and submit the first two (2) forms to the court before your scheduled hearing. If you want to request a public defender – fill out and return the third form. If you do not return the forms as requested your case may be continued until they are received by the court.
    \nYou can fill out the Request for Public Defender, save it with a different name and email it to     jcspringville@utcourts.gov<\/a>. You can also print it first, fill out by hand and email it back to the court.<\/p>\n
