Offenses that carry more serious penalties, such as felonies and Class A misdemeanors are prosecuted by the Utah County Attorney\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mt-5\"><b>For Questions or Information about a Current Prosecution Case<\/b><\/p>\n<p>If you are represented by an attorney, you must contact your attorney &#8212; not our office.
