Before submitting a request for a new item to be purchased, please search the\u00a0library catalog to determine if the item you are requesting is already owned by the library. <a href=\"http:\/\/library.springvilleutah.gov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Search Catalog<\/a><\/p>\n<p>To request a new item, please fill out and submit the form below.<\/p>\n<p>Please be aware that by submitting a New\u00a0Purchase Request form, it\u00a0does not guarantee the Library will purchase the suggested item.<\/p>\n<p>The Library will contact you if your requested item has been purchased and is ready to be picked up at the Library.<\/p>\n<p>For ebook or digital audiobook requests, go into the Libby app, and search for your title. If it does not show, use the filters and find the deep search option. Click the notify me text and the little bell icon.
