    How much does it cost to rent a venue at the library?<\/h3>\n

    How much time in advance should I schedule my rental?<\/h3>\n

    Your rental can be scheduled up to three months in advance and at least one week before the event. If the event is sooner than one week, we will try to accommodate your request.<\/p>\n

    Is food allowed?<\/h3>\n

    There is an additional fee for the use of food within the space ($20-$45). In general, food and drinks are allowed, but in order to maintain a clean facility, there are certain foods which are not allowed. These include: red or blue colored drinks, chocolate fountains, and dairy-based liquids- including ice cream and cheese sauces.<\/p>\n

    What decorations can I use?<\/h3>\n

    Decorations are limited to what can be placed on tables. Nothing may be hung from, or attached to, the lights, ceiling, windows, or walls of the space. Rice, confetti, glitter, sand, or other hard to clean items are not permitted in the space. Open flames or lighted candles are not permitted.<\/p>\n

    Are there smaller rooms available?<\/h3>\n

    The library has two free-of-charge study rooms that can seat up to 4 people comfortably. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis for up to 2 hours per day.<\/p>\n
