You must fill out this form before you will be recognized to speak. Forms are available in person at the meeting, or you can fill out the form prior to the meeting and bring it with you. PAR Board meetings are typically held on the 4th Tuesday of each month, at the City Center Multipurpose Room, at 5:45 PM.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"btn btn-info text-light mt-3\" href=\"\/parks-recreation\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2023\/10\/Public-Comment-Form-PAR-Board.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Public Comment Form<\/a><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"mt-5\">PAR Funding Ideas<\/h2>\n<p>Is there a specific project or program that you think should receive funding? Submit your ideas and suggestions to <a href=\"mailto:parboard@springvilleutah.gov\">parboard@springvilleutah.gov<\/a>.
