Parking is not monitored in the off season <em>(Oct 1 &#8211; Apr 30)<\/em>. You can purchase a day-use parking permit at the park. The fee is paid via phone or internet. Signs are posted in multiple places in the Park with the phone number and website.<\/p>\n<p>Parking permits will be required in the lower parking lot. Free parking will be available in a limited area on the south side of Canyon Road and the upper parking lot adjacent to Canyon Road. No parking is permitted on Canyon Road or in adjacent residential areas.<\/p>\n<p>One Free Parking Pass is available for pickup beginning April 1st for <u>Springville City residents only<\/u>.  Resident is defined as a person or persons that resides inside the Springville City limits. The following guidelines come with the pass:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ms-sm-4\">\n<li>One pass per household (utility service) regardless of how many families reside in the home.<\/li>\n<li>Lost passes will not be replaced.  One pass per household per season.<\/li>\n<li>Person requesting a pass must show proof they live in the Springville City limits and a photo ID.<\/li>\n<li>Passes must be visible through the windshield on the driver\u2019s side each time you park at Bartholomew Park, failure to do so will result in a ticket.<\/li>\n<li>Commercial property owners do not qualify for a pass.<\/li>\n<li>Landlords owning property in Springville do not qualify for a pass, the pass would be available to their renters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"\/parks-recreation\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2023\/02\/WayneBartholomewFamilyPark2023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-fluid col-12 col-md-6 col-lg-4 lazyload\" data-src=\"\/parks-recreation\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2023\/02\/Bartholomew-Park-Map.jpg\" alt=\"Park Map\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 1403px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1403\/909;\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"card mb-5 bg-light\">\n<div class=\"card-header bg-secondary\">\n<h2 class=\"text-light mb-0\">Pavilion Reservations<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"card-body\">\n<p>The pavilions at Wayne Bartholomew Family Park can be reserved for 3 hour time blocks. Pavilion usage with reservation is May 1st through Sept 30th. Reservations may be made online from 1 year to four days in advance of desired date. Maximum leash length is 6 feet. You must also clean up after your pet and dispose of their waste. No dogs or other pets are allowed on the beach or in the water at Wayne Bartholomew Family Park.
