    Victim Services<\/h1>\n

    Springville City is dedicated to ensure fair treatment for victims of criminal activity. In doing so, the City has a part-time Victim Advocate. The Victim Advocate works closely with victims of such crimes as domestic violence, as well as working with the City Prosecutor as a representative of these victims.<\/p>\n

    The Advocate can be reached by calling Colleen at 801-491-5545<\/a>. If she is not in, please feel free to leave her a voice message.<\/p>\n

    Additionally, if you have been a victim of a crime that is being handled by the City Prosecutor, please fill out the Crime Victim Information Form.<\/p>\n

    Victim Notification Information<\/h2>\n

    Springville Police Department partners with both State and Federal Victim Notification programs. If you have been the victim of a crime, and if the suspect has been convicted, you can be notified of their release dates from confinement.<\/p>\n

    The United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement has a website you can access by clicking on the appropriate link below. Near the end of their webpage explaining what they do, is the registration link.<\/p>\n

    The State of Utah also has an automated victim notification system called “VINE.” It is designed to notify victims about the custody status of persons in Utah’s prisons and jails. Further information on VINE can be found below.<\/p>\n

    DIAL 211 – Community Resources & United Way<\/h2>\n

    Several agencies, including the Springville Department of Public Safety, have teamed with the United Way of Utah County to provide information on a wide variety of community resources. Information can be accessed by dialing 2-1-1 or by following the link below.<\/p>\n
