In doing so, the City has a part-time Victim Advocate. The Victim Advocate works closely with victims of such crimes as domestic violence, as well as working with the City Prosecutor as a representative of these victims.<\/p>\n<p>The Advocate can be reached by calling Colleen at <a href=\"tel:18014915545\">801-491-5545<\/a>. If she is not in, please feel free to leave her a voice message.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, if you have been a victim of a crime that is being handled by the City Prosecutor, please fill out the Crime Victim Information Form.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/administration\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/11\/Crime-Victim-Information.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"btn btn-info text-dark\">Crime Victim Information Form<\/a><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"mt-5\">Victim Notification Information<\/h2>\n<p>Springville Police Department partners with both State and Federal Victim Notification programs. If you have been the victim of a crime,   and if the suspect has been convicted,   you can be notified of their release dates from confinement.<\/p>\n<p>The United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement has a website you can access by clicking on the appropriate link below. Near the end of their webpage explaining what they do,   is the registration link.<\/p>\n<p>The State of Utah also has an automated victim notification system called &#8220;VINE.&#8221; It is designed to notify victims about the custody status of persons in Utah&#8217;s prisons and jails.
