    Submitting Forms<\/h2>\n

    In an effort to protect residents, Springville City Power department requires the Customer-Owned Generation Agreement form<\/a><\/strong> to be signed and submitted to the Power department, in person by the account holder.<\/p>\n

    The Application for Customer-Owned Generating System License<\/a><\/strong> must be filled out and submitted in person, by the account holder, to the Power department.<\/p>\n

    You’ll need to call us at (801) 489-2750<\/a> and set up an appointment to come in and sign the papers in person.<\/div>\n

    A building permit must be obtained for the installation of systems or other structural changes\u00a0from the Building and Inspections department. For information on submitting a building permit, please click here<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n
