    Residents are encouraged to clean their yards, sweep gutters and sidewalks and do their best to improve yards and neighborhoods. Owners of vacant lots are encouraged to clear their lots of garbage, tall weeds and other debris.<\/p>\n

    The Spring Cleanup event was created to promote community beautification through volunteers working together. This event is a great opportunity for Scout groups, church groups and other volunteer organizations to serve in their community.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    2026 Spring Cleanup dates<\/h2>\n

    Friday, April 24th and Saturday, April 25th<\/h4>\n

    Friday, May 1st and Saturday, May 2nd<\/h4>\n

    All items must be placed inside the dumpster container. Please do not leave items on the ground around the dumpster. If you can\u2019t get an item in the dumpster please take it to the transfer station. A coupon is in your April Utility Bill. One coupon per household.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    The Public Works Department in cooperation with SUVSWD will provide dumpsters throughout the City during the Spring Cleanup dates (see above) at the following parks:<\/p>\n

    Yard Waste Facility<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

    The Compost Facility<\/a> is open March 1st through November 30th to accept yard waste, located at 600 West 600 North, on Tuesday through Saturday, from 8 am to 6 pm.
