PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following:
1) Springville City Community Development requests Zone Text amendments to Springville Development Code Title 11 and Springville Subdivision Regulations Title 14 to reflect recodification of Utah State Code Land Use Development and Management Act Title 10 Chapter 20 UCA.
2) Canyon Stone Capital requests a Zone Map Amendment for property located at the northwest corner of W 800 N and 2500 W in Springville, Utah, Parcel No. 21:074:0016 from Agricultural A-1 to Highway Commercial.
3) Springville Community Development requests an amendment to Springville Code 11-6-120(2), to remove the performance guarantee fee amount from the code.
