Planning Commission Public Hearing Notice

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following:

  • Canyon Stone Capital requests a Zone Map Amendment for property located at the northwest corner of W 800 N and 2500 W in Springville, Utah, Parcel No. 21:074:0016 from Agricultural A-1 to Highway Commercial.
  • Springville Community Development seeks to amend Springville City Code Title 11 Chapter 4 Article 301 Land Use Matrix to amend the list of uses permitted in the North Gateway Area from 400 N to 1160 North Main Street.
  • Springville Community Development seeks to amend Springville City Code Title 11, Chapter 5, to adopt the Wildland Urban Interface Overlay.
