Clyde Companies purchases 4th & Main property in Springville,
formerly known as “The Allen’s Block”
Seeks community input to determine best use of location.
Springville, UT (January 27, 2026) – Clyde Companies officially announced its purchase of the property formerly known as “The Allen’s Block.” Clyde Companies now calls the property “4th & Main.”
“We live in this community, we care about this community, and we are excited to give back to this community,” said Jeremy Hafen, President and CEO of Clyde Companies. “Purchasing this property is part of our commitment to build a better community, to give back in a way that strengthens our local economy for decades to come.”
Purchased formally by Clyde entity Springville Rising, the 4th & Main project is scheduled to begin immediately with asbestos mitigation and then demolition of the site. The public can expect to see temporary protective fencing placed around the project site to deter criminal activity and prevent illegal parking and trespassing while it is an active construction site. In addition, Clyde Companies is seeking community input to help determine the best use of the property.
“We are looking for responsible, viable, long-term solutions that enhance the value of this land for Springville’s downtown, while also being a good fit with its history and culture,” said Hafen.
