Emergency Drill

Each year, Springville City conducts a city-wide emergency drill that tests our ability to communicate during a disaster. The cornerstone of our ability to save lives and minimize suffering is the partnership between citizen preparedness and city response. All residents should place a green Emergency Preparedness color-coded paper in a front window. Some residents will be asked to place a red paper in their window.
