Golf Fees Policies
Reservations
All tee times are pre-paid; payment is required at time of booking.
Tee times may be made on the day of play (if available) or up to 4 days in advance.
Reservations for golf may be made online by clicking on the Book a Tee Time link.
Customers with special requests such as Veterans or junior players can reserve tee times over the phone at (801) 489-6297.
Alterations to tee times at time of check-in will NOT receive a refund or rain check or may be charged the appropriate amount if adding additional golf or other charges.

Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to the following refund policy for both greens fees and cart fees:
Players canceling tee times on their own accord
CANCELLATIONS or 18-hole to 9-hole alterations
Prior to 2 hours before the tee time.
- Any changes prior to 2 hours before a tee time will be charged a credit card cancellation/refund fee of $2 for 9-holes and $4 for 18-holes per cancelled player.
Less than 2 hours before the tee time.
- All charges and fees will be forfeit this includes any green, cart, and applicable pre-booking fees; similarly,
- no rain check will be issued.
Pre-Booking Fees
- Applicable pre-booking fees are non-refundable.
Course Closure
Cancellations caused by course closure will be issued a full refund.
No-Show
No-shows at check in will NOT receive a refund or rain check; all fees for each no-show are forfeit.
Group no-show and cancellations are subject to Group/Event Policies per the group agreement.
Spectators
Spectators are required to check-in at the pro-shop.
Each spectator is subject to the $12.00 + tax per 9-hole spectator fee regardless of age.
Spectators may NOT play golf or hit golf balls on the course.
Spectators must be 5 years of age or older.
No strollers, car seats/carriers are allowed on the golf course.
Spectators not meeting the age requirement must leave the course.
