MyCourtCase

MyCourtCase is a Utah State Courts online system. With MyCourtCase you can:

• View your case history (see a record of everything that has happened in your case)
• File documents to your cases (these will be reviewed by the court before being officially filed)
• Access filed papers (review documents filed in your case including court minutes, hearing notices, and treatment updates)
• View your case balance

**there is no fee to use any of these features in MyCourtCase**

You can register for an account yourself here: https://mycase.utcourts.gov. To register yourself, you will need an email address you check frequently, your case number, and your government issued ID.

Or you can email the court here: jcspringville@utcourts.gov expressing your wish to set up a MyCourtCase account and we can start the registration process for you. (This is the easiest method)
Once you log in, you can see your case, case history, and request access to other cases you have in Utah as well.

Please note that all correspondence will now be filed in your MyCourtCase account. You will receive an email notification from MyCourtCase that there is activity on your case. You will need to log into you MyCourtCase account to see the activity on your case, like a scheduled hearing or something filed on your case.
