Welcome to the City’s Prosecutor’s Office
The Springville City Prosecutor’s Office handles the prosecution of certain crimes committed in Springville City in the Springville Justice Court and the 4th District Court.
The office is responsible for prosecuting infractions, as well as Class B and Class C misdemeanors. Offenses that carry more serious penalties, such as felonies and Class A misdemeanors are prosecuted by the Utah County Attorney’s Office.

If you are represented by an attorney, you must contact your attorney — not our office. We are prohibited from discussing a case directly with a represented defendant, as well as the friends or family members of a represented defendant.
