
Parking permits are required at Wayne Bartholomew Family Park from May 1st to September 30th. Parking is not monitored in the off season (Oct 1 – Apr 30). You can purchase a day-use parking permit at the park. The fee is paid via phone or internet. Signs are posted in multiple places in the Park with the phone number and website.
Parking permits will be required in the lower parking lot. Free parking will be available in a limited area on the south side of Canyon Road and the upper parking lot adjacent to Canyon Road. No parking is permitted on Canyon Road or in adjacent residential areas.
One Free Parking Pass is available for pickup beginning April 1st for Springville City residents only. Resident is defined as a person or persons that resides inside the Springville City limits. The following guidelines come with the pass:
The pavilions at Wayne Bartholomew Family Park can be reserved for 3 hour time blocks. Pavilion usage with reservation is May 1st through Sept 30th. Reservations may be made online from 1 year to four days in advance of desired date. Pavilions that are not reserved may be used by anyone, free of charge.

All pets must be leashed and controlled at all times in City Parks. Maximum leash length is 6 feet. You must also clean up after your pet and dispose of their waste. No dogs or other pets are allowed on the beach or in the water at Wayne Bartholomew Family Park.
