Alarm Registration

Thank you for applying for an alarm permit using our online application. You will need to provide a contact list for when your alarm is activated. The individuals on your list must be willing to respond to the address provided with responding officers. It will also be your responsibility to update us when your responding party changes.

You will also need to provide a valid email address and pay the annual $25.00 registration fee.

Regardless of the month in which you pay for alarm activation, the annual $25.00 fee must be renewed in April of the following year.

Alarm Number

Some alarm companies require an “alarm number” from their clients. This will be emailed to you once we have confirmation that any associated fees have been paid.

Registration Fee

If you are registering an alarm for the first time, there is a $25.00 fee associated with registration. Registrations lapse if they are not paid by the end of April of the following year. If your alarm permit lapses, you are opting out of police response services and may also incur late fees.

To pay in person, please bring in a copy of the application to the finance counter at the Springville Civic Center. We accept cash, check, or credit/debit card. You will need to bring identification, the location of the alarm, and if applicable the name and address of your business.

Business hours for in-person payments are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.

If you have any questions regarding your alarm permit you can email BKay@springvilleutah.gov or ewatson@springvilleutah.gov.
