PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following:

• Springville Community Development seeks to amend Springville City Code Title 11 Chapter 4 Article 301 Land Use Matrix to allow paint and body shops and Light Industrial Manufacturing as permitted uses in the Highway Commercial Zone. 
• Springville Public Works requests a recommendation on the approval of the Sewer Collection Master Plan, Impact Fee Facility Plan, and Impact Fee Analysis.
• Springville Public Works requests a recommendation on the adoption of the Water Reclamation Facility Impact Fee Facility Plan and Impact Fee Analysis.
• Springville Public Works requests a recommendation on the adoption of the Storm Water Impact Fee Facility Plan and Impact Fee Analysis.
