FRIEND REQUEST POLICY
Participants are allowed to request one friend. Friends must request each other and sign up before the registration deadline to be placed on the same team. Friend requests are not guaranteed, but we do our best to fulfill them. If you would like to request more than one friend, you will need to fill out a team roster form and provide a coach.
BASKETBALL TEAM REGISTRATION FORM
Those who would like to register as a team MUST PROVIDE A COACH. To avoid confusion, coaches who want to create a team are required to fill out a team roster form. This form will help us insure the placement of the correct players on your team. Players who are listed on your team roster will be placed on your team only if they register BEFORE the program deadline and are registered for the league you are volunteering to coach. If you submit a roster that is not completely full, we will place additional players to your team. Head coaches are required to pass a background check. Springville has the right to refuse any coach, based off of past coaching experiences.
Team roster forms can be found under the sports tap that you plan to participate in.
League Game Schedules may be revised due to weather or other conditions. Check back to reprint if necessary.
